PAA Winding Up Finally Completed

Although the vote to wind up of the Professional Advisers Association NZ Inc. was made by members at a Special General Meeting on 4th October 2018 that was just the first step in a legal & financial process that would take 14 months.  Finalising the financial & tax affairs of the PAA was managed by the Board appointed Liquidator (as required by legislation) Corporate Restructuring Limited with assistance from the PAA’s Accountant, The Accounting Hub Ltd.  The first fund transfer from the Liquidator to the Legacy Trust finally occurred in July 2019 followed by a final distribution in December 2019 at the conclusion of the process.
